PAPA and Big O Systems & Solutions Sdn. Bhd. work hand in hand to help PAPA members in building up the company's web presence.  It is our honour to be appointed by the organization as the accredited web design company to help the members of the organization to build a website, which is a very useful business tool.

JOB SCOPE

The following if the scope of work in detail:

1.     Graphic design & layout for homepage & one inside page template

2.     Development of 6 Pages

3.     Arvchitecture design and database programming of the site

4.     Static section header for every page (images provided by client)

5.     Refer to 'how much does it cost' for further details

 

ASSUMPTIONS

1.     We assume that the company logo, content & all images will be provided by the client.

2.     We also able to help on source for stock images and copy writing with reasonable charges.

 

PROJECT SCHEDULE (ESTIMATED)

Time required to complete the project is 14 working days (maximum). Various development activities as they are done over the 14 working days time frame will be as follow:

Stage 1

5 working days

Planning Stage

Consultation, company research, product understanding, analyzing, evaluation, concept development, planning of site structure, graphic design, database, information gathering, purpose of the site, establishing goals, target audience, comparison studies, and confirmation client's basic requirement.

We will prepare a proposal outlining the site objectives, ideas, infrastructure, preliminary site map and web design procedures

Stage 2

5 working days

Development Stage

Execution of designs, construction of web pages, coding and programming, database integration and testing.

Stage 3

4 working days

Finalizing Stage

Demonstration of the website, collection of suggestions and corrections (text and images only), rectify and get final approval.

Estimation above is based on the situation when there are no delays for content and materials needed for the project to be provided by the clients. We would like to maintain regular updates with the clients during the process of development to ensure that the clients can keep track of the development and assist us in satisfying their needs.

All the contents, structure and layout must be discussed and agreed during the planning and designing stage. Any design and content changes during the development and coding stage will not be entertained, or extra charges applied.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

50% deposit paid in advance

50% final payment after finalization

After complete payment is made, the completed website will be up for business within 24 hours.

Yearly renewal charges for domain name and hosting is RM300 only

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING

Our support team will provide operation manual for better understanding about the website and email system. The team will also provide support for a period of 30 days after final delivery in case there are any technical questions the clients may have.
